Tianhe-3

Tianhe-3 / Tianhe Xingyi / 天河星逸 / Tiānhé Xīngyì / “Sky River” / Milky Way is an exascale-class supercomputer that was unveiled on December 6, 2023.¹ It is deployed at the National Supercomputing Center in Guangzhou (NSCC-GZ).

It uses the Matrix-3000 processor in an unknown quantity.²

The system was upgraded in 2025,³ but technical details are not public.
